At Oalix Smart Cloud, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with visible signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time before being officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@oalixsmartcloud.co.ke and return the item to our shop.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please mail or deliver it to our shop at:

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.

Shipping Rates

  • We charge a flat rate of 500 Ksh for shipping items within Nairobi and its environs.
  • Shipping rates are displayed clearly on our website during the ordering process.
